Refund Policy  

We strive to provide the best quality and service but sometimes being human comes with it's challenges. We love each and every Smoky Mmm Eats customer so we will do our absolute best to address any concerns. 

Refunds & Exchanges

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order before leaving our store or upon receiving your shipment. Smoky Mmm Eats LLC is not responsible for any damage or issues once items have been recieved. 

Smoky Mmm Eats LLC  is not responsible for  packages that have been marked delivered but not received,  packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen with a 3rd party network, nor packages that are returned due to incorrect address given.  

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items 

If you believe there is an issue with your item, at least 80% of the item must be returned within 24 hours for evaluation to determine if a refund is justified.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Smoky Mmm Eats LLC does not ship out replacement packages due to delayed delivery or lost/stolen packages.

We are a tiny little shop and we appreciate your business but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the integrity of 3rd party delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellation 
Pick Up Orders: Cancellation must be received before at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pick up time.

Online and in person Classes: 

Cancellation and rescheduling must be received before at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled   class time. 

Catering: 

Cancellation must be 1 week prior to your event or any deposits will not be refunded.
